Conjugated Linoleic acid (CLA)
CLA is a type of “unsaturated fatty acid” and is found in beef, lamb, and dairy products, etc. The amount of CLA varies depending on animal breed, product processing, and animal feeding conditions, and the amount in dairy products. It is said that the standard daily intake of CLA is about 1,000 – 2,000mg, but the amount of CLA taken from the diet on a daily basis is much smaller, and it is insufficient to obtain physiological effects.
