Pinitol and Cairo-Inositol
Pinitol and Cairo-Inositol extracted from carob bean are materials supported by many evidences.
They show improvement of insulin resistance and produce antioxidant effects, liver protection with glutathione production in the body. Also they show anti-inflammatory effects in combination with glucosamine, and fatigue recovery in combination with creatine.
