Collagen Tripeptide
Collagen-Tripep20 (Collagen Tripeptide)
This product is Tripeptide made from collagen derived from Tilapia scales by using a special enzyme. It has a tripeptide content of 20% or more, a GPH (glycine-proline-hydroxyproline) content of 3.2% or more, an average molecular weight 500Da or less. A tripeptide is the smallest unit of collagen in which three amino acids are linked. When ingested, it is rapidly absorbed from digestive tract directly or after enzymatic decomposition. In particular, compared to other tripeptides, GPH and PH produced with enzymatically degradation of GPH are taken more into human skin fibroblasts which support the production of dermal components such as collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. Therefore a tripeptide contains GHP supports the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid in a shorter time than a large molecular weight collagen or tripeptide having less GHP. It also shows the same effect with low intakes.
Physiological activity
- Skin health (Skin moisturization, elasticity enhancement. Anti-wrinkles, anti-aging and improving skin)
- Bone & joint health (Strengthening bones and joints. Reducing pain and discomfort joints)
- Nails & hair health (Increasing nail growth and hair thickness. Helpful to structure protein composition)
